Warranty T&C

Prices and Validity:
Prices quoted are including GST and are subject to changes in taxation (if any). This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

Delivery and Installation:
The material will be dispatched and installation will commence, once the client has cleared the amount payable as per the final agreed quote.

A minimum of 2 weeks is required for the readiness of material, after receipt of payment.

(Material is configured and programmed for your site, only upon confirmation of order and receipt of payment).

General Terms:
The AD-BE system and this project engagement is subject to standard Force Majeure conditions.

Once an order is confirmed, the same cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the company will retain 50% of the advance received and refund the balance amount.

This quotation has been prepared based on the site inspection / electrical diagram shared with AD-BE. The same may be considered as indicative only.

These quantities may change during installation, due to site-specific reasons and requirements. All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.

Site Readiness Requirements:
A separate site readiness checklist will be provided by AD-BE, upon confirmation of this order. The AD-BE Smart Devices can be installed, once the client/client supervisory team has ensured compliance with said checklist. Any change in site conditions (electrical plan | lighting plan | curtain or windows | air conditioning | media, etc), needs to be informed to AD-BE, as the same may have a material impact on the quoted value as well as the site installation requirements and complexity.

Support and Warranty:
All AD-BE products are backed by a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of installation. All LED drivers will be backed by a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of installations

3rd party products (if any), will be covered by standard warranty terms as defined by the respective parties.

Maintenance Support beyond Warranty Period:
At the end of the 1-year replacement warranty period, the company offers a comprehensive support program. For the next 3 years, the client can extend the replacement warranty coverage by paying a 7% annual maintenance fee each year (calculated on the final bill value of the installed system)

Thereafter, paid support is provided for an additional period of 5 years, on a service + material basis (Rs. 1000 per service call, materials at actuals if needed).

Warranty coverage exclusions:
Damages arising during transport, relocation, accident, misuse, and/or negligence by the client or his representatives. Deliberate or wilful damage and/or physical abuse of any product.

Damage arising out of the fire, flood, natural disaster, Force Majeure, etc.

Damage arising out of any alteration, relocation, repair, or fixing work performed by any personnel, not formally authorized by the company.

Damages arising out of unstable site conditions.
